In the Template Manager, click on the name of the template in the left column (style), not the right column (template), which is used for accessing CSS files. Now, on the right side of the page, you have three tabs: General, Profiles, and Mobile. Click on Profiles. You now have options under three headings: style, content, and layout. Under Content, see ‘Warp branding’ and change the option from Yes to No. Job done.
